The winery draws from a long-standing family tradition that represents a typical Moravian winery, focused on the production of small-batch wines with an emphasis on achieving the highest quality. Wine production is carried out with the utmost care and integrity, utilizing modern technological facilities.

Currently, Bartonik Winery manages approximately 15 hectares of vineyards and 1 hectare of cultivated black elderberry orchard. The vineyards are located on the best slopes of the winemaking areas: Stará Hora in Moravská Nová Ves, Kněžské in Mikulčice, Nové Vinohrady in Tvrdonice, and Na Strání and Kratiny in Lužice.
