About the winery

The story of the family winery is connected with the village of Vinosady, located at the foot of the Little Carpathians. The turning point came in 2006, when the first varietal wine with a unique label and its story was born in the Vinkor pub.

At present, the Vinkor winery cultivates 4.5 hectares of its own vineyards. The annual wine production is 40,000 bottles, while the winery uses controlled fermentation technology. One of the most important decisions of the Vrškovci family was the extensive reconstruction of the cellar, the construction of a tasting and barricade room.

The quality of Vinkor winery's work is also reflected in its success at international competitions, and their wines are ranked among the 100 best wines in the National Wine Salon of the Slovak Republic.
