The Miro Fondrk winery was founded in 2008 as a boutique-garage project, which gradually became a full-fledged modern winery with its own vineyards in southern Slovakia in 2015. The philosophy of the winery is the careful processing and selection of quality ripened grapes, followed by the aging of the wines in various noble vessels. The specialty is red cuvées and wines from the Slovak nouveau nobles Hron and Nitria.
