After a year, we invite you again to enjoy a Valentine’s experience in Pezinok and taste excellent local wines. In the wider city center, at several stops, members of the Association of Pezinok Winemakers and Vineyard Owners will offer the best treasures hidden in their cellars and courtyards. Combine your wine-tasting journey with a walk through the city and its historical corners. This popular event will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A centuries-old wine tradition
Since the Middle Ages, wines from Pezinok have ranked among the finest in the Kingdom of Hungary and were traded throughout Central Europe. Centuries of viticulture have also shaped the city’s architecture and its underground spaces. Wine cellars have always been places where wine matured and gained its unique flavor. The Pezinok Wine Cellars event, held around St. Valentine’s Day, continues this tradition – it’s the perfect opportunity for couples and friends to spend time together enjoying fine wine, a cozy atmosphere, and pleasant conversations.
No worries about transport – everything within walking distance
One of the advantages of the event is its compact location. The participating winemakers are located within a comfortable walking area, allowing visitors to fully enjoy wine tasting, wine tourism, exploring the historic town of Pezinok, and sampling local culinary specialties – conveniently, safely, and without the need for a car.
Tickets and packages
A Special Package for 2 people is available in presale for €58 until December 31, 2025,
from January 1 to February 13, 2026 for €60, and €64 on the day of the event.
A Single Ticket is also available for €36.
The Couple Package includes:
- two marked tasting glasses
- a tasting guide with a map
- four bonus coupons for wine purchase (total value €14)
- 70 tasting tokens

Each tasting sample equals 0.03 l of wine.
The number of tasting tokens required per sample is set by each winemaker depending on the wine category.

Tasting conditions
Ticket collection is available on Thursday, February 12, 2026, Friday, February 13, 2026, and also on the day of the event, Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Small Carpathian Museum in Pezinok.
