After a year, we invite you to enjoy a memorable Valentine’s visit to Pezinok and taste excellent local wines. In the wider city center, at several stops, members of the Association of Pezinok Winemakers and Vineyard Owners will offer the best treasures hidden in their cellars and courtyards. Combine your journey for great wine with a tour of the city and its historical corners. The popular event takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, where winemakers and wineries will present their finest selections.

Wines from Pezinok have ranked among the best in the Kingdom of Hungary since the Middle Ages and were sold throughout Central Europe. Centuries of viticulture have also influenced the architecture of the town and its underground spaces. The cellars have always been places where wine matured and gained its unique flavor. The Pezinok Wine Cellars event continues this tradition and takes place around St. Valentine’s Day – an ideal opportunity for couples and friends to spend time together over good wine, in a cozy atmosphere, with pleasant conversations.
No worries about transport – everything is within walking distance.
One of the advantages of the event is the compact location. The winemakers are situated within a comfortable walking distance, allowing visitors to fully enjoy wine tasting, wine tourism, exploring the historic town of Pezinok, and sampling local culinary specialties – conveniently, safely, and without the need to drive.
A single ticket is available in presale for €38, and on the day of the event €42.
A special package for 2 people is also available in presale for €60.
The ticket includes:
- a tasting glass with a mark,
- a tasting guide with a map,
- a bonus coupon for wine purchase worth €7,
- a starter pack of 60 tasting tokens.
One sample equals 0.03 l of wine. The number of tasting tokens required for each sample is determined by the winemakers according to the wine category.
Additional tokens can be purchased: a supplementary pack of 10 tasting tokens for €3 will be available at designated points.
Tasting conditions
Ticket collection is available on Thursday, February 12, 2026, Friday, February 13, 2026, and also on the day of the event, Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Small Carpathian Museum in Pezinok.
