We founded the small family winery Rariga in 2003 in Modra, but our roots of grape growing go back a long time. Today, the three Rarig family with 2 employees are building a modern winery with traditional elements in Modra. We focus on growing grapes, their processing and subsequent wine production. Today we farm on an area of ​​7 hectares of vineyards in Modra, which is unique in its terroir.

In recent years, we have approached our vineyards more ecologically and sustainably with the modern use of BIO products. The menu includes a selection of 12 different wines - white, rosé and red. We definitely consider the Rhine Riesling variety to be our ace, which has ideal conditions for its growth on the slopes of the Little Carpathians. The stony soil, sunny slope but also many years of winemaking experience transform not only this variety from the Modran region into a world-class wine. At international competitions, we attracted not only the content but also the design of the label, which won one of the categories at the foreign design competition Red Dot. The intention of the label was to highlight the Blue Terroir, as well as the hard work in our stony vineyards. The annual production of our winery reaches about 40 thousand bottles. We can boast of many foreign awards from Paris, Brussels, Vienna, Madrid and New York.
