Šenkvice for the Wine 2025

The association of winegrowers and winemakers from Šenkvíce invites you for the 14th time to this magical wine-growing village for the event Za vínom do Šenkvíc. About 30 winemakers will present their wine, cellars, production and presentation spaces.

We cordially invite you to enjoy a pleasant day in the company of friends and lovers of good wine in Šenkvice. The doors of the wine cellars will open on April 26, 2025. A rich program awaits visitors of all ages.

The ticket price is €33 until April 14, 2025 and €35 from April 15, 2025.

On the spot, you can exchange the ticket for a tasting bag, which contains:

• glass, catalog of winemakers,
• 40 tasting coupons
• 2 x bonus tickets for the purchase of wine with a total value of €10

Free shuttle service between "tasting" stations is included in the price.

Rich program: 

• Traditional Slovak cuisine with a tasting of local specialties according to the recipes of Šenkvice grandmothers awaits you.
• Of course, popular Šenkvice music, this year the event will be accompanied by three Šenkvice bands.
• This year, too, visitors will vote for the best winery of the event, and all voters will receive a raffle ticket to play for interesting wine prizes.
• Visit the vineyard trail - become a wine tourist and take a tour of the vineyard trail, where you can see 30 traditional and newly bred grape varieties.
• The educational trail also includes a demonstration of the development of cutting systems and vine management. A total of 240 seedlings are planted in 15 rows. The educational trail is located near the headquarters of the local wine association and the municipal wine shop at the address: Chrovátska ulica 105, Šenkvice.

• Children's corner - for a fee, your little ones are taken care of with a rich program full of entertainment for the little ones.
