Discover the world of quality wines at Slovakia’s largest travelling wine tasting, coming to the heart of the Liptov region. Enjoy an evening filled with exceptional wines, a pleasant atmosphere and personal encounters with winemakers.

The event will take place on Saturday, 12 December 2026 in the historic premises of the Evangelical Parish House in Liptovský Mikuláš. Get ready for unlimited wine tasting featuring wines from leading Slovak and international winemakers, including champions awarded at the prestigious international Danube Wine Challenge. Each glass offers the opportunity to discover a new story, grape variety and tradition hidden within the bottle.

The Danube Wine Challenge is one of the prestigious international wine competitions. During the tasting, you will also have the opportunity to taste the champions and other award-winning wines from this competition.

Price at the door: €25

The ticket includes:

• unlimited tasting of the wines presented,
• a RONA tasting glass,
• a €5 voucher for the purchase of wine.

A Glass of Wine for a Good Cause

Your evening with wine can have an even deeper meaning. Take part in the charity raffle, where every ticket makes a difference. In addition to having the chance to win exclusive bottles from the participating winemakers, you can support those who need it most.

All proceeds from the raffle tickets will be donated to Liptov Hospital with Polyclinic in Liptovský Mikuláš.

Venue

The tasting will take place at the Evangelical Parish House in Liptovský Mikuláš, a historic venue providing a pleasant atmosphere for an evening dedicated to wine, winemakers’ stories and discovering new flavours.

The earlier you book your ticket, the better the price you will get.

Getting There

By bus:

• from Liptovský Mikuláš Bus Station towards Centrum, from where the Evangelical Parish House at Tranovského 4 is within walking distance.

By train:

• from Liptovský Mikuláš Railway Station, continue by public transport towards Centrum / Bus Station, from where the venue is within walking distance. The bus and railway stations are located at the same transport hub in Liptovský Mikuláš.
