If you go to the family winery CARPATE DIEM in Šenkvice, you are on the right track for a wine with a low content of foreign substances (histamine, other biogenic amines and SO2). Thanks to this, wine lovers with a food intolerance can have a drink with it without any worries. The tasting in the new modern tasting room will be led directly by the winemaker - the owner of the winery, who will also take you through the historic winery building and reveal the premises of the cellar where his wines are matured. Part of the tasting is also a tour of the winery's own vineyards, which are managed in an organic way in BIO mode.

The winery is located in the former fruit and vegetable warehouses NUPOD in Šenkvice, where there is a production, storage premises, wine shop and modern tasting premises. The architectural value of the NUPOD building is also added by the fact that it is a wine production and fruit warehouse from 1944 by Nestor of Slovak architecture, national artist Emil Belluš.

The minimum number of people for tasting is 8 people. Included in the price: personal tasting with a winemaker, bite (sausage, cheese, fruit, nuts, pastries), guided tour of the historic winery and vineyards
