The idea of ​​building a modern winery with its own vineyards and gravity processing of grapes arose (as usual) with a glass of good wine with friends. By combining a wine family from Moravia with a native of Nitra with more than 20 years of experience in the wine industry, a joint project of organic winemaking in Vrábly was created. The Prédium Vráble winery manages a total of 33 hectares of its own vineyards, planted with the highest quality grafts from a renowned nursery.

Great emphasis is placed on the surrounding nature and a friendly approach to the environment comes first. Modern winemaking, which blends modern elements with traditional ones, is surrounded by vineyards. The cast visible concrete monoliths used throughout the construction complement the vaults made of old bricks.

The winery has 3 tasting rooms, a modern restaurant with experiential gastronomy and apartment accommodation. Vision of winemaking The Vrable prize on the sustainability of development in winemaking materializes in all phases of wine production. The vineyards are sown with herbs and flowering plants, local beekeepers fly in the vineyards and have several insect hotels in vineyards inery.

During production, they emphasize innovative approaches that are friendly to nature and the environment, and the winery is designed for gravity processing of grapes. The cellars for wine maturation are located at a depth of seven meters. Thanks to the production processes, their wines are varietal, full of aromas and fresh. The winery building has a green roof, planted with various plants, is a popular place for visitors to the winery with a magnificent view of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside.
