Emma Winery – Natural Wines from Strekov
Emma Winery is a boutique winery from Strekov, established in 2020 with a clear vision – to produce authentic natural wines that reflect the character of the grapes and their place of origin.
The winery cultivates vines across 6.5 hectares of south-west-facing slopes, with respect for nature and minimal intervention. The grapes are hand-harvested, the wines undergo spontaneous fermentation on the skins and are subsequently aged in acacia and oak barrels.
The result is vibrant, unfiltered and unfined wines that retain their distinctive character.
