Frtus Winery Unplugged – An Evening of Wine, Dining & Music

Description
Some evenings are all about the music, others about fine food and wine. Frtus Winery Unplugged brings all three experiences together in an intimate evening, where the focus is on a served dinner, Frtus Winery wines, and live acoustic music. No large concert stage or crowds – just a celebration of gastronomy, wine, and an up-close musical experience.
The event will take place on Monday, 30 November 2026, at Frtus Winery in Rybník near Levice. Guests are welcome from 6:00 PM, with the served dinner starting at 6:30 PM, followed by an approximately 30-minute unplugged mini-concert. Pavol Hammel and guitarist Juraj Burian will provide the musical finale to the evening.

Evening Menu
The dinner consists of four courses, each paired with Frtus Winery wines.
Starter
- Roasted marinated pumpkin tartare, egg cream, and butter brioche
- Wine: Vitalité Hron Rosé 2025
Soup
- Mushroom velouté with milk foam, brown butter, and a potato crisp
- Wine: Chardonnay 2025
Main Course
- Venison loin in a pistachio crust, celeriac purée, glazed baby carrots, and red wine and blackberry reduction
- Wine: Verité Rouge 2023
Dessert
- Pear and parsley crémeux, chestnut purée, roasted plum gel, toasted pecan, and caramel crisp
- Wine: Milia 2025
Unplugged Mini-Concert
After dinner, the service will pause and the music will take centre stage. Pavol Hammel and Juraj Burian will perform an approximately 30-minute acoustic set, highlighting the vocals and the sound of acoustic guitars.
No food or drinks will be served during the mini-concert, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the music.

Other drinks from the menu are not included in the ticket price.

Tasting conditions
Please arrive 10 minutes in advance. Dinner starts promptly at 6:30 PM. Late arrivals will not be waited for, and missed courses will not be served later. Late arrival does not entitle guests to a ticket refund.
