Club 1271 Tasting
40 minutes
Description
Taste six premium samples from Zámocké vinárstvo’s Club 1271 range, named after the year in which Pezinok Castle was built. The quality of these wines is reflected in the awards they regularly receive at national and international competitions.
You will find yourself in a beautifully renovated cellar where history meets the quality of modern winemaking. You will learn the story of the winery and enjoy premium wines served with light bites made from local cheese and meat specialities.
A sommelier will guide you through the production area of the cellar, where these treasures are created under the direction of talented oenologist Roman Janoušek.
The tasting also includes a €14 voucher for purchasing wine.
Experience the story of a unique place with a happy ending: the rescue of a ruin. In addition to the tour itself, you can also visit the Museum of Viticulture and Winemaking, which is connected to the second part of the cellar.
Šimák Castle is a unique complex with a remarkable story. Today, it is home to a boutique hotel with wellness facilities, restaurants serving high-quality traditional cuisine, a stylish café overlooking an elegant park full of peacocks, a winery with a museum, and much more.
Come and see for yourself.
